    After being picked in the 25th round of the MLB Draft by the Detroit Tigers on Wednesday, BU Junior Pitcher Dylan Stock had a tough decision to make: return to BU for his senior year or end his college career early and sign a pro contract.  It was tougher than he expected it to be, but he says he has to do what's right for him and he will skip out on his senior year and become a Tigers farmhand.

Binghamton will face Brock University in St. Catharines on August 9 to open the trip.

    Camille Jones, mother of NFL Stars Arthur and Chandler, and UFC's Jon, has passed away at the age of 55 due to complications from Diabetes. Art Jones took to Instagram to share a photo of his mother and his thoughts to mourn his mother. On behalf of Fox 40, our thoughts and prayers go out to the Jones family at this time.

    One of the most decorated wrestlers on one of the most decorated wrestling teams in Section IV made his college choice official on Monday.  Vestal's Derek Osman signed his National Letter of Intent to wrestle at the University at Buffalo.  Osman is a four-time STAC and four-time Section IV Champion, and has 175 career wins, the latter two both school records.

    Matt Cline has been named and Assistant Basketball Coach at Eastern Michigan University.  Cline served as Director of Basketball Operations at EMU from 2014-2016 before leaving to take the same post at East Tennessee State for last season.     Tyler Pill received the call every ballplayer dreams of, the call to the major leagues.  The Mets called up Pill from Las Vegas and optioned Rafael Montero to Triple-A, to clear space on the 40-man roster Seth Lugo was placed on the 60 Day Disable List retroactively.
