Brooke Warpus is an Anchor on FOX 40 News. Brooke graduated Summa Cum Laude from SUNY Cortland in 2020 with a Bachelor’s of Arts degree. At Cortland, she majored in New Communication Media and a minor in Computer Applications.

Michael White is a Multimedia Journalist at FOX 40. Graduating from Pennsylvania State University in May 2023, Mike earned a bachelor's degree in Broadcast Journalism, with a minor in Sports Studies.

Alexis Crandall is a Multimedia Journalist at FOX 40. Born and raised in Cortland, she attended Emerson College in Boston and graduated with her bachelor’s in journalism with a minor in public relations in May 2022.

Zaphir Hill is a Multimedia Journalist at FOX 40. He has a background in photography and started as a production assistant for Fox 40 in March 2022 and is an alumni of Chenango Valley High School.

David Barr is the assignment editor at FOX 40 News

Forrest Denker is a Technical Director at FOX 40. Hailing from New York City's Lincoln Square, Forrest Denker joined the FOX 40 team in 2022. Outside of work, Forrest can be found watching New York Rangers or Yankees games.

Chloe Dutcher is a Weekday Video Editor at FOX 40. Before joining FOX 40 she worked as a Marketing Director for a few local businesses. She has always loved editing videos, but never thought to make it her career.

Brandon joined the team in February as an intern and later became a Production Assistant and Weekend Editor. He is also still studying at SUNY Broome to get his associates for Production and Media Arts. He likes to edit videos on his free time.

Suh Neubauer is the News Director at WICZ-TV

Ian Mills is the Sports Director for FOX 40. Originally from Rochester, Ian came to the Southern Tier in 2019, his freshman year at Binghamton University. Ian graduated from Binghamton in the fall of 2022 with a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Ian started at FOX 40 as a production assistant and as time went on was given opportunities to report and grow his skillset.

Thomas Turgeon is a Sports Anchor/Multimedia Journalist at FOX 40. Thomas joined the team in May of 2023. Originally from the Thousand Islands Region, Thomas went to college at SUNY Oswego where he studied Broadcasting and Mass Communication

Mark Tarello is the Chief Meteorologist at WICZ Fox 40 and brings over two decades of television weather experience to the Southern Tier.

John Leet is the General Manager of WICZ-TV

Jeff joined WICZ-TV/WBPN-TV in 2005 and leads our stations’ internet/digital department.  Jeff works closely with clients, helping them maximize their web presence, their positive digital exposure with elements such as mass texting, website design, on-line promotions, and reputation protection.

JP Costello is the Local Sales Manager at WICZ-TV. Previously, JP worked at Gannett (Press & Sun-Bulletin) for 13 years in advertising sales, mainly as a Key Account Executive.

Bobbie Fuller is the National/Regional Sales Manager and Political Sales Manager at WICZ-TV

Frank came to WICZ-TV Fox 40 from radio sales, and prior to that, Frank spent many years as the Sales and Operations Manager of Sam's Club in Vestal.

Tony has been with WICZ-TV Fox 40 for almost a decade and his previous experience includes retail sales and management and Cable TV advertising and management.
