Tyler began his OTR career with Frito-Lay in 2017. Tyler has been part of the GES start up process, has a huge passion for doing the right thing each and everyday and is dedicated to supporting whenever he is needed in the traffic department.

Joe Hajala

Joe Hajala

Joe has been driving at Frito-Lay since 1991 (31 years). Throughout his time at Frito-Lay Joe has driven nearly 2 Million Safe Miles! Joe retired from the Army National Guard in 2018 as a Staff Sergeant. While working at Frito-Lay he was deployed twice.

Louis Hartman

Louis Hartman

Louis has been driving for Frito-Lay since 1989 (33 years) and is our longest standing safety captain. Throughout his time at Frito-Lay, Louis has driven more than 2 Million Safe Miles and has never had an accident.

Zach Szczechowicz

Zach Szczechowicz

Zach started with Frito-Lay early in 2021 as a part time dispatcher on the weekends. He decided in late 2021 to get his CDL and became our first internal promote driver. He started his on the road training with our dedicated training team in December.

Mike Andrew

Mike Andrew

Mike has been part of the Frito-Lay family for 26 years starting as a route salesman in 1995 in Lowell, Arkansas. In 2000, he had the opportunity to become an OTR driver and transferred to the Jonesboro Facility. In 2003 Mike became an OTR driver trainer.

Troy Reeves

Troy Reeves

Troy began his career with Frito-Lay as an OTR driver at the Jonesboro, AR plant in 2005. During his tenure thus far he has become a Smith System Trainer, Driver trainer, and mentor to our new hires. Troy served 10 years in the National Guard.

Will Hill

Will Hill

Will began his OTR career with Frito-Lay in 2017 and has remained accident free in his five years. Will was chosen to drive for the Perry Plant as part of a huge hurricane relief effort during the aftermath of Hurricane Irma in Sept of 2017.

Randall Bagwell

Randall Bagwell

Randall has been in the trucking industry for 26 years, the last few being in dispatch. He joined the Frito Lay OTR team about 7 months ago because he needed a change, and he hasn’t looked back.
