A Binghamton man was sentenced to over eight years in federal prison after pleading guilty to drug and weapon charges.

According to the United States Department of Justice, 34-year-old Dupray Jordan was sentenced to 97 months in federal prison after admitting that in November 2021 he possessed fentanyl and methamphetamine with the intent to distribute it. He also possessed a loaded .38 revolver in a Binghamton apartment. At the time, Jordan was a convicted felon, having been previously convicted of Assault in the 2nd degree.
