Windsor Man Accused of Trespassing in Delaware County
A Windsor man is facing a trespassing charge in Delaware County.
According to the Delaware County Sheriff's Office, Steven Raymond is facing a trespass charge after deputies responded to a trespass complaint on Cheese Factory Road in the Town of Deposit on May 6th. The office says it is alleged that Raymond knowingly entered or remained unlawfully in or upon his neighbor's property.
The complaint was forwarded to the Town of Deposit Court for a criminal summons. Two weeks later, the court issued a criminal summons and an Order of Protection against Raymond to deputies and Raymond was arrested on May 22nd and charged with one count of Trespass. He was also issued the Order of Protection.
Raymond is scheduled to appear in court at a later date to answer the charge.
