Bearcats second baseman Nick Roselli would pick up his third homer of the weekend as he would walk it off for Binghamton in the 13th inning blasting a 2-run shot to right center to get a 5-3 win over UMBC.

Binghamton would start off trailing early after allowing three runs in the first two innings including a two run homer in the second inning.

The Bearcats would find some life in the seventh inning with RBI's courtesy of Isaiah Corry and Logan Haskell to bring the contest within one run heading into the final two innings of play.

With one runner on in the eighth inning, Mike Stellrecht would single up the middle and Zach Rogacki would advance to third before scoring on an error on the throw to first base to tie the contest.

After the ninth inning it would remain scoreless and it would be the defense showing up for both sides but for the Bearcats it was Jackson Mitchell who would go 3.0 innings and striking out six batters.

Mitchell would get relieved in the top of the 13th inning, however the Retrievers would get runners on second and third before back to back fly outs would retire the side.

Binghamton would only need two batters to close out the contest as Haskell would single to right center before Roselli would close out the contest with his sixth homer of the season.

The Bearcats improve to 20-26 overall and 9-12 in conference heading into their final series with NJIT next weekend before the America East tournament kicks off here in Binghamton beginning on May 22.
