Binghamton University kicked off three days of graduation today with the School of Pharmacy, College of Nursing and Health Sciences and Doctoral Hooding ceremonies.

Over the next three days, you can expect traffic to be backed up as graduates and their families celebrate.

President Harvey Stenger says the busiest times will be the half hour before and after each ceremony.

He says they anticipate over 4200 bachelor students will cross the stage, 1300 masters will be awarded and 400 doctoral students will be hooded.

"Over the nine ceremonies, 4400 students of the graduating, probably everyone, 22,000 guests, and they spread out over those nine ceremonies," he said.

Ceremonies tomorrow and Saturday are at 8:30 a.m., 12:30 and 4:30 p.m.
