Mercy House of the Southern Tier to Host Music Festival Fundraiser
The Mercy House of the Southern Tier is inviting the community to come out and enjoy the first annual music fest fundraiser at Endwell Greens.
The event will take place on Saturday, May 11th, with concerts taking place from 4:00 p.m.- 10:30 p.m.
Five performers will be in attendance including local artists and some country artists coming all the way from Nashville.
Those attending can also find food, drinks, and raffles during the event, including a special raffle for ten dollars a ticket to win a guitar signed by Taylor Swift.
100 percent of the proceeds from the event will go directly to Mercy House.
"Endwell Greens is very proud to support the support of many organizations. Mercy House is very dear to people's hearts here and it's for a great cause," said Endwell Greens Golf Director Joe Mars.
"I have worked with Mercy House quite closely for the past couple of years and we do music at Mercy House, and we do music inside of the rooms with the residents as well as with their families. We thought we'd had a really great response with that so we thought, why not bring that to the community and let everybody see kind of how that works? Music brings people together so we're really excited about it," said Nashville Country Artist and Binghamton Native Tezza.
Tickets are $25 and you can get tickets online at mercyhousesoutherntier.com or in person at Endwell Greens.
