After dropping the first two contests to the River Hawks on Friday, the Bearcats would come storming back in a 10-2 win over UMass Lowell on Saturday to earn a share of the America East Softball Regular Season Title, and the first for Binghamton since 2017.

Binghamton would come out on fire in the first inning sending in five runs off of a pair of RBI doubles and a pair of RBI singles to give the Bearcats a 5-0 lead after one inning.

UMass Lowell would respond in the second inning with a one run homer, but it would be answered in the fourth inning as Binghamton would add 5 more runs, two off of hits, one off of a hit by pitch, and one off of a walk.

Ally L'Amoreaux would be on the mound for Binghamton for most of the contest going 4.1 innings and dealing five strikeouts.

The title as mentioned is the first since the 2017 season, Binghamton now making it their third in program history and first under head coach Jess Bump.

Binghamton will be the number two seed in the upcoming conference tournament which will be held in Maine from May 8 to May 11, more details will be provided as they are made available.
