Mets right-handed pitcher Tylor Megill will be making a rehab start for the Binghamton Rumble Ponies this Thursday.

Megill has made 59 appearances (53 starts) for the New York Mets over the last four seasons, posting a 4.68 ERA. Megill, 28, came up through the Mets system and pitched 26 innings for the Ponies in 2021, boasting an ERA of 3.12. Megill also made a rehab start in Binghamton in 2022. 

Megill was placed on the 15-day injured list in early April with a right shoulder strain. Megill has made one start in 2024, going four innings and allowing one run against the Brewers.

First pitch against the Hartford Yard Goats is scheduled for 6:05 pm at Mirabito Stadium. Fox 40 will have Megill's highlights and postgame comments on Fox 40 News at 10 this Thursday.
