Binghamton Police say another person has been arrested in connection with an incident in which shots were fired in the early-morning hours of April 27th.

According to police, 31-year-old Okan Thompson was arrested on Monday. Police say he is the second gunman involved in the shooting that occurred at Apartment A-5 at 100 Susquehanna Street over the weekend. Initially, six people were arrested in connection with the shooting.

Thompson was on parole at the time of his arrest. He was charged with Criminal Possession of a Weapon in the 2nd degree, Reckless Endangerment in the 1st, and Criminal Possession of a Firearm.

Thompson was arraigned and remanded to Broome County Jail.
