The Binghamton University softball team would walk it off in game three of three against Bryant in the eighth inning courtesy of an RBI double by Ally L'Amoreaux to complete the sweep of the Bulldogs in a 8-7 victory.

Bryant would jump out to an early lead in the first inning but Binghamton would respond in the bottom half with an 2 RBI single by Emma Lawson followed by a 3-run homer by Shelby Carvalho which would be her second on the weekend to give Binghamton a 5-2 lead after one inning of play.

The Bulldogs would yet again respond in the second and third innings courtesy of freshman Makenna Coleman who would hit a three-run homer of her own to tie it in the second, followed by a 2 RBI single in the third inning for Bryant's second lead on the day. 

Binghamton would cut the lead to one run in the fourth off of a RBI double by Brianna Santos, after a couple of quiet innings Binghamton would get things back to square with the bases loaded and two outs for the Bearcats Bella Farina would hit an RBI single to tie it up before Elisa Allen would strike out swinging to close out the side. 

The Bearcats defense was on display in the top of the eighth as they would knock down three outs in the first four batters for Bryant. Binghamton would get the game winner by the Maine-Endwell alumni L'Amoreaux with two outs on an RBI double top left center allowing Lindsey Walter to score to give Binghamton their 31st win overall and 13th in conference this season.

L'Amoreaux also would deal five strikeouts through 7.0 innings for Binghamton.

Binghamton improves to 31-14 on the season and 13-4 in conference. The Bearcats will be back in action for their final series of the regular season when they host UMass Lowell in a three-game set on May 3-4.
