Students from Homer Brink Elementary learned what it takes to be a Sheriff's officer today.

"They have to be strong enough and I learned so much today," said second-grader Liz Braga. "I'm really impressed."

The students got to see what their future careers could be. They went behind the scenes-- and the wheel-- of the Sherrif's office.

They also went through an obstacle course and saw a SWAT vehicle.

"It was really fun," said Madeline Kilmas. "I liked meeting the dog."
