A Sidney man has been sentenced to prison after admitting to possessing and intending to sell meth in Sidney last fall.

According to the Delaware County District Attorney, Justin T. Baker was sentenced to 2.5 years in prison and 1 year of post-release supervision. Baker admitted to possessing meth and intending to sell it in Sidney in September 2023. He was previously convicted of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 5th degree.

In addition to the prison sentence, Baker was also required to provide a sample of his DNA to the state DNA databank and pay fines and surcharges.
