For the second time this season, Oneonta Alum and Binghamton University golfer, Evan Sitts, was named a Northeast Conference Prime Performer after a pair of top-20 finishes.

Sitts is in his fifth year at BU, leading the Bearcats in their first season in the NEC. Sitts started his week, shooting +7 at the Rutherford Intercollegiate tournament, which was good enough to tie him for 15th. In the Tournament, Sitts shot a 76 (+5) on day one before making it up on days two and three with a pair of 72's (+1).

Two days later at the Wildcat Spring Invitational, Sitts bested his previous performance, finishing with a +5 on the three-day tournament and finishing 13th. Sitts' effort started with a 72 (+1) before shooting a 75 (+4) in round two and eventually wrapping up with a 71 (E) to finish out his tournament.

These events mark the third and fourth-straight tournaments that Sitts has finished in the top 20 after tying for 15th at the Carpetbagger Classic and then for 12th at the Southern Invitational. The Oneonta native has five top-20 finishes this season and 10 for his collegiate career, per BUBearcats.

Sitts and the Bearcats now prep for the NEC Men's Golf Championship, scheduled to begin on April 26th.
