Several people have been arrested and are facing drug charges in Delaware County.

The sheriff's office says on March 12th, during a drug investigation, deputies found Sean Gillespie in possession of a controlled substance. The office says he was initially released, pending the investigation.

The office adds that the next day, deputies and the Delhi Police Department located Gillespie while they were looking for him regarding the above investigation. He was located in a vehicle with three others and fentanyl and paraphernalia were found on all four people as well as inside the vehicle.

At the conclusion of the investigation, Gillespie was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree with Intent to Sell, Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree.

In addition to Gillespie, Marissa Peck, Shawn Carman, and Erin Hubbell were all arrested.

Peck was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree with Intent to Sell, Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree, and Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree.

Carman was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree with Intent to Sell and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree.

Hubbell was charged with one count of Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 3rd degree with Intent to Sell and Criminal Possession of Drug Paraphernalia in the 2nd degree.

The office adds that two other men were charged on March 11th following a home visit of a homeless shelter in Bloomville. While deputies were assisting the NYS Parole Officers with the visit, it was determined that the parolee was in violation of his parole terms when he was not located at the residence. A vehicle was passing by and the parolee was observed inside.

During the ensuing traffic stop, both occupants were found to be in possession of fentanyl.

Nehamiah Clark and Jordan Clark were both charged with Criminal Possession of a Controlled Substance in the 7th degree.
