The Chenango County Sheriff's Office announced today Nicholas Andrews was found dead earlier today from injuries sustained during an ATV accident near the Town of Preston. 

The Sheriff's Department was assisted by State Forest Rangers, Search and Rescue Federation and the Oxford Fire Department. Community members also assisted in the search. 

Andrews was declared missing on Friday.
