Nanus Nashville Hot Chicken is a family-run chain that is now opening its fourth location, right here in Binghamton.

The chain will provide lunch, dinner, and late-night eating opportunities.

"Nanus is a fast food-based restaurant, so we have seating available, but it's just pick up and go," says Saad Ahmad, Owner of Binghamton Nanu's Nashville Hot Chicken.

Nanu's boasts a unique modern decor and a simplistic but high-quality menu consisting of chicken tenders, chicken wings, shrimp, and vegan options.

There are 13 menu options, including fries and a variety of smoothies and desserts.

Ahmad says the secret to their success is the size of the menu.

"We've kept the menu very, very small so that we can have a much better quality control and understanding of every single item and how we can improve it and make it better every single day," said Ahmad.

The grand opening will take place from 3 p.m.- 9 p.m. on Friday, January 26th, offering free food to customers.

"That feedback I'm looking forward to is our quality of food. I think the amount of time and effort that we've put into the quality will definitely display it and the product will speak for itself," said Ahmad.

During normal business days, the restaurant will be open from 11 a.m. to one on Sundays and Mondays, until 2 a.m. on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, and Thursday through Saturday they will close at three a.m.

The first nanus was opened in Philadelphia last year, and this new one in Binghamton will be the fourth franchise in the family-owned chain.
