Two people from Walton are facing charges after the Delaware County Sheriff's Office says they left a fully disabled and incompetent individual on a bus.

According to the office, this individual was left on the bus for a prolonged period of time after it was parked for the evening on November 8th.

The bus driver, 74-year-old Lyndon Doig, and the bus driver aide, 63-year-old Norma Castro were both charged with Endangering the Welfare of an Incompetent or Physically Disabled Person in the 2nd degree.

They will appear in court at a later time.
