The Black Bears would get their seventh win on the season with a sounding win over Elmira in a 8-3 final at Visions Veterans Memorial Arena.

Binghamton would start the scoring late in the first period on a goal by Daniel Stone, but the Black Bears would roll after that netting three more in a span of 57 seconds with goals from Tyson Kirkby, Gavin Yates, and Austin Thompson to give Binghamton a 4-0 lead heading into the second period. 

The Black Bears would increase their lead with two more goals in the second period by Thomas Wray and Brendan Stanko, both Yates and Stanko would lead the team each tallying four points in the victory.

Elmira would cut back at the lead tallying one goal in the second period, and Martin Moucha would find the back of the net twice on the powerplay in the third period in a 36 second span. 

Binghamton would add two more goals later in the period to solidify the win.

Netminder Connor McAnanama would hold solid in goal to get his first victory with the Black Bears this season in a 39 save performance.

The Black Bears now improve to 7-0-3 on the season and remain at the top of the Empire Division and will hit the road for a matchup with Watertown on Saturday for a 7:30 P.M. puck drop, Binghamton will be back home on Wednesday, November 22 at 6 P.M. when they will host the Danbury Hat Tricks.
