The Section IV lacrosse playoff brackets have been released and it's a packed field for each and every class.

GIRLS

ALL CHAMPIONSHIPS: MAY 24

ALL SEMIS: MAY 22

• A: BINGHAMTON @ CORNING

• B: UNION-ENDICOTT @ HORSEHEADS, WINNER PLAYS ITHACA

• C: MAINE-ENDWELL @ VESTAL

• D: WINDSOR @ WHITNEY POINT, WINNER PLAYS OWEGO

Starting on the girl's side, in Class A, Binghamton will play Corning in the Championship on Wednesday, the 24th, at Corning. In Class B, Union-Endicott will take on Horseheads in the semifinals, the winner will play Ithaca on the 24th as well. In Class C, Vestal will head to Maine-Endwell for a championship game, no semis in that field and in Class D, Whitney Point will host Windsor on Monday for the right to play Owego in a Championship setting. 

BOYS

CLASS D QUARTERS: MAY 19, SEMIS: 23

Switching to the boy's side, there are no Southern Tier teams that made the Class A Tournament so we skip to B where Vestal will host Horseheads on Friday, the winner will play Ithaca next Thursday. In Class C, Johnson City and Maine-Endwell will go straight to the chip to play one another. We have six teams in Class D boys  so Owego heads to Elmira Notre Dame in the quarters while Seton hosts Windsor, the winner of that game will play Chenango Valley, who is the one seed, and either Owego or Notre Dame will play Forks. the Class D quarters are on Friday, semis a week from yesterday and championships a week from tomorrow.
