Juanita Charlton is not only an influential female driver at NAPA Transportation, she is passionate about supporting the American Cancer Society. In October 2022, Juanita drove her truck 175 miles over eleven hours during the Truckers Parade Against Cancer in Charlotte County, VA.  With 226 trucks involved in the parade, the event raised $155,000 for the American Cancer Society. The parade has raised over $1.6 million since its inception in 2000.

Juanita said, “the accomplishment of getting the job done, knowing the load is there and being able to go home, is a great feeling.  I would encourage any woman out there looking to get into the trucking field; it’s well worth it.”
