Binghamton Man Charged With Forcible Touching and Harassment

A Binghamton man is facing Forcible Touching and Harassment charges after Binghamton Police say he was involved in separate incidents in the City of Binghamton on March 23rd.
Police say a man sprayed an unknown substance on a female at the Weis Market on Pennsylvania Avenue around 4 p.m. Not long after, police were alerted to an incident in the area of Tompkins Street and Jackson Street, in which a male inappropriately touched a female before leaving the area.
An investigation determined it was the same male in both incidents.
Hussain Ali Haider was arrested and charged on March 27th. He was charged with two counts of Forcible Touching and one count of Harassment in the 2nd degree.
