New York State Police are investigating after unauthorized purchases were made in Binghamton in December.

Police are asking for help identifying the person wearing the Tommy Hilfiger sweatshirt and winter cap in the photo below.

Police say the subjects in the photo used a benefits card to make the purchases at the Weis Market on Conklin Avenue in Binghamton on December 8, 2022.
