Two men from Endicott have been charged after separate incidents at the Knights Inn in Union earlier this week.

According to the Broome County Sheriff's Office, the office responded to the Knights Inn just before 7 p.m. for a domestic incident.

The office says Samuel Stukes was in violation of an order of protection and had an outstanding warrant for assault from the Binghamton Police Department.

Stukes was arrested and charged with Criminal Contempt in the 2nd degree.

While deputies were involved with Stukes, deputies heard a disturbance occurring in the rear of the building and found Keith Johnson in a fight with a teenager.

The teenager is the child of Johnson's girlfriend.

The office says Johnson resisted arrest and tried to fight with responding deputies. He was tased and subdued.

Johnson was charged with five counts of Endangering the Welfare of a Child, one count of Obstructing in the 2nd degree, one count of Resisting Arrest, and one count of Harassment in the 2nd degree.

Both were taken into custody to await arraignment.
