Maine-Endwell graduate Allison L’Amoreaux opened her sophomore season of college softball for Binghamton University with a bang. 

L’Amoreaux was named the America East Softball Player of the Week following the Bearcats winning 3 of 5 games last weekend in Statesboro Georgia. She went 8 for 16 at the plate with 3 homeruns, 4 runs scored and 5 runs batted in. On the mound L’Amoreaux went 2-1 with 11 strikeouts to the tune of 2.63 ERA.  

Bearcats' freshman Alayna Harbaugh was recognized as the conference’s rookie of the week. She went 7 for 15 at the plate with 2 runs scored and 3 stolen bases. 

Binghamton is back to work this weekend at the College of Charleston Tournament down in Charleston South Carolina.
