Endicott, N.Y. - The No. 2 Tioga Tigers played in their seventh Class D semi-finals game in the last eight years, coming into tonight's game with a 1-5 record in the semi-finals. The Tigers turned those 5 losses into 6 tonight after a 54-19 loss to No. 1 ranked Clymer/Sherman Panama.

A Tioga 's defense who let up just 122 points before their meeting with Class D's number 1 ranked Clymer/Sherman/Panama allowed a total of 54 points, to a big and versatile Wolpack offense. An offense led by Senior quarterback Gerrit Hinsdale, who threw four touchdown passes. The Wolfpack scored on its first three possessions, making the score 18-0 with 2:02 left in the first quarter.

Cylmer Central had numerous answers for the Tigers versatile running game, allowing only 19 points, two which came from Austin Lamb stip-sack who returned the fumble for 49 yards and a Brady Worthing quarterback option.

The Wolfpack will play Haldane or Moriah in the state final at 12 pm Nov. 23 at the Carrier Dome.
