A Binghamton man who is accused of stealing his employers’ credit card and using it to make purchases throughout the county has been arrested.

The Broome County Sheriff’s Office Detective Division arrested Kyle T. Lekouses, 24, who is accused of using the stolen credit card to make purchases in the Village of Johnson City and the Town of Vestal.

Lekouses is also accused of stealing an undisclosed amount of U.S. Currency from his place of employment in the Town of Union.

Lekouses was charged with 2 Felony counts of Criminal Possession of Stolen Property, 2 counts of Felony Identity Theft, and Misdemeanor Petit Larceny.

Lekouses was processed on the above charges and released on appearance tickets to return to the Town of Vestal, Village of Johnson City, and Town of Union courts at a later date.
