The Binghamton Senators sent only one player to the AHL All-Star Challenge in Syracuse. Michael Kostka was held off the score sheet in the challenge as the North Division 1-2 in the new format of the event.

It was former B-Sen Pat Cannone that stole the show. Cannone's Central Division won the challenge and Cannone was named MVP after a three goal, one assist night in addition to the game winner in the shootout of the championship.

Another former B-Sen, Derek Grant had a pretty good night as well. He finished with two goals and an assist as his Pacific Division team finished 1-2.

Kostka and the Binghamton Senators are next in action on Friday at home against Hershey at 7:05.
