Montrose Chocolate Factory Offers An Inside View
If you like chocolate, you are going to be drooling over this one.
Of course, chocolate is a holiday favorite and one man has been making it for a long time -- around 55 years to be exact.
"This is what I've done for my whole life and I just enjoy keeping it up as long as I can," said Leopold Schreiber, owner of "Chocolates by Leopold."
The hand-crafted chocolate is a community favorite in Montrose and in Johnson City.
But before they get to that stage, it starts at a 150 pound vat of melted milk chocolate that Schreiber uses to make treats like gingerbread men.
The crew is busy for the holidays and customers are happy as well.
