State Police Planning To Be Tough on Holiday Driving

Be warned, Thanksgiving is not a time when authorities will be grateful about irresponsible driving.
New York police forces are alerting us to the fact that they plan to crack down on impaired, distracted and speeding drivers during this holiday season.
According to New York State Police, the special traffic enforcement period will run from Wednesday, November 25 through Sunday, November 29, 2015.
State Police will be supplementing regular patrols statewide focusing on speed enforcement, impaired driving, underage drinking, and distracted driving.
