Pennsylvania State Police have issued an Amber Alert for a teenager in Wilkes Barre.


Police are searching for Jenea Patterson, a 16-year-old black female with black hair and brown eyes. She is 5'4", 120lbs. police say she was abducted from her home on East View Drive in Wilkes Barre at 11 p.m Thursday. Police say she is wearing gray yoga pants and a multi-colored t-shirt.


Police say she was abducted by Walter Lewis, a 21-year-old black male described as 5'5", 130 lbs with black hair, and wearing a gray and black hoodie.


According to police he has a black 9mm handgun and is considered armed and dangerous. They left the scene on foot but may be driving in a red car. anyone with information on the subjects should call 911.
