Since 1997 the Finger Lakes Golf Association has held the Women's Championships and for the first time ever, the event was held at Endwell Greens. Home links advantage proved to be the key as the Endwell Greens five-some won the team competition with a two day combined score of 874. Penny Zonneville from Corning Country Club won the individual event with a 161 two day total. Leigh Ann Scheider of Endwell Greens finished one stroke off at 162.

In the team event, Corning CC placed second at 902 and Clifton Springs finished third at 926.
