The Ottawa Senators have re-signed defenseman Frederick Claesson to a one-year, two-way contract. The deal is worth $600,000 if Claesson is in the NHL and $85,000 if he is in the AHL. Claesson played in 76 games for the Binghamton Senators last season tallying four goals and 15 assists while collecting 42 penalty minutes.


Claesson entered the offseason as a Restricted Free Agent.
