Community members are remembering loved ones lost through drug addiction...

Saturday, the Tabernacle United Methodist Church hosted a vigil -- united with organizations "I'm Dope without Dope" and "Dreams over Drugs".

About 40 community members showed their support joining with prayers, sharing faith and helping families through grieving.

"This is an eye opener you know people hear about it everyday but this is the visual aspect of it. You know seeing lives that have been lost and kids, these are all kids that from 20 to 25 you know passed away before their prime.

So I mean the message is get the help you need before its too late."

"I'm dope with out Dope" Organizers are partnering with Broome County Legislator Jason Garnar to set up community fund raisers to help combat drugs in our area.
