A new business in Vestal could help with unemployment rates in the area.


Express Employment Professionals has more than 700 offices across the country and is opening a new location in Vestal. On Friday the company held a ribbon cutting ceremony and open house at their location at 1500 Vestal Parkway East.


The company is geared toward helping candidates put together resumes, presentations, and setting up appointments with employers.
