Police: Binghamton Man Arrested, 127 Bags of Heroin

A Binghamton man is under arrest after police say during a search they found him in possession of 127 bags of heroin.
The Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force searched 32-year-old Orlando Torres' apartment at Saratoga Terrace, where they say they found 127 bags of heroin, another bag of heroin weighing about 19 grams, and a bag containing crack cocaine weighing 21 grams. Among multiple charges, Torres is facing four counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, which is a felony. Torres was arraigned in the City of Binghamton Court and remanded to the Broome County Sheriff's Correctional Facility.
