Binghamton, N.Y. - The Binghamton Devils have signed goaltender Charles Williams to a professional tryout, according to Binghamton's general manager, Tom Fitzgerald.
The Canton, MI native appeared in six AHL games in his career and posted three wins. This year, the twenty-six year old has five wins in eight games with the ECHL's Manchester Monarchs this season, as well as a .918 save percentage and a 2.47 goals-against average.
Last season, Williams won three of four games with the Ontario Reign, displaying a 1.81 goals-against average and a .930 save percentage.
The Binghamton Devils travel to Toronto on Wednesday to take on the Marlies at 7 p.m.
