USPS Limits Service Wednesday, December 5

Posted: Updated:

The United States Postal Service will limit suspend regular mail delivery and close post office locations on Wednesday for the National Day of Mourning.

President Donald J. Trump proclaimed Wednesday to honor former President George H.W. Bush, who passed away on Friday at age 94.

Though regular mail will be suspended, package delivery will be limited to not delay deliveries this holiday season. USPS joins federal offices and the New York Stock Exchange, both of which will also be closed Wednesday.
