The defendants were arrested on November 30, 2018, by the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force.
All defendants are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.

Johnnah DeGraw and Marlon Graham were arrested Friday after the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force recovered over $1M in narcotics and $25,000 cash from presumed drug sales.

The Task Force acquired a warrant and found almost two pounds of Fentanyl and heroin and almost four pounds of methamphetamine in one of Broome County's largest drug busts. DeGraw's three-month-old child was present for the raid, and is now with her maternal grandmother.

"Two milligrams of Fentanyl is a lethal dose. So if you do the math, the amount they seized is equivalent to half a million lethal doses, which would be enough to kill every man, woman, and child in Broome County two times over," said Johnson City Chief Brent Dodge.

DeGraw and Graham were arraigned on their charges Friday night, and are being held in the Broom County Sheriff's Correctional Facility without bail.
