Posted: Updated:
BINGHAMTON, N.Y. -

Today marks three weeks since 22-year-old Alexis Say has last been seen.

She is originally from Pembroke, New York but recently moved to Miami, Florida to go through rehabilitation for a heroin addiction.

While getting clean, she suffered a stroke and was admitted to North Shore Medical Center. Say was released on January 23, the same day she disappeared.

Her family posts a daily blog on the latest information regarding the search for Alexis.

Today, the family posted fliers on the Metro Rail in Miami. They also received a possible tip on Alexis' whereabouts, but it turned out to be false.

"The employees at the Metro Rail were all fantastic," according to the blog.

Her mother, Jennifer, fears her daughter has fallen victim to human trafficking and has contacted the Human Trafficking Task Force in Miami.

Alexis is listed as:

  • Age: 22
  • Height: 5'2"
  • Weight: 100 lbs
  • Build: Thin
  • Eyes: Brown
  • Hair: Brown

Her family added that Alexis has "very serious medical conditions," which includes kidney and heart problems as well as extreme hypertension. She does not have a phone, ID or money on her.

You can donate to her GoFundMe Page and visit her Facebook page for the latest updates.
