Endwell man charged with endangering the welfare of child

 New York State Police at Endwell arrested Patrick P. Williams, 45, of Endwell, NY for the misdemeanors of assault 3rd degree, criminal mischief 4th degree and endanger the welfare of a child. 

This arrest occurred after troopers responded to a 911 report of a dispute at a home on Briar Lane in the Town of Union.  An investigation determined that Williams had gotten into physical dispute with another man while in front of children.  Also, while outside he purposely damage some property that did not belong to him. 

Williams was arraigned in the Town of Union Court and was remanded to the Broome County Jail in lieu of bail.  His next court date in the town of Union is pending.
