Local Men Face Criminal Mischief Charges

Three men are being accused of drilling gas tanks at Michael's Auto on Front Street in the Town of Chenango, and causing more than $4,000 in damage to eight vehicles.

A Broome County police arrested 23-year-old Donald Wilson and 20-year-old James Shaffer, both of Binghamton, and Ryan Bartram of Owego.

All three are charged with criminal mischief in the second degree, a felony. The trio of men were all arraigned in the Town of Chenango court, however, Shaffer and Bartram are facing further court action, while Wilson was released.
