Tornado Warning, Weather postpone B-Mets/Sea Dogs

BINGHAMTON, NY – Tuesday night’s game between the Binghamton Mets and Portland Sea Dogs was postponed due to inclement weather. The contest will be made up as part of a doubleheader on Wednesday, July 9 starting at 5:35 PM. Gates will open at 5:00 PM.

Ticket holders for Tuesday’s game can redeem them for a ticket of equal or lesser value to a future 2014 regular season Binghamton Mets home game. Tuesday’s rainout marks Binghamton’s eleventh postponement of the season and sixth at home.

The B-Mets (52-37) continue their four-game series against the first-place Sea Dogs on Wednesday with the double dip. The Horizons Federal Credit Union Pregame Show, starting at 5:20 PM, can be heard on News Radio 1290 WNBF and on the Binghamton Mets Baseball Network via the TuneIn App.
