An Apalachin man is behind bars after police found him drunk behind the wheel--violating his license yet again.
33-year old Andrew Honnick was arrested after refusing to stop for not using a turn signal in Apalachin. Investigators determined Honnick had 14 active suspensions on his driving record at the time of his arrest.
He also refused to take a breathalyzer test.
Honnick remains in the Tioga County jail on a $1,000 cash bail.
