Two Car Collision Leaves One Dead, 3 Injured

A two-car head on collision in Dryden on Sunday has left one dead and three seriously injured.

According to police the accident happened on Route 13 around 4:30. 31-year-old Timothy Starr of Lansing, New York died at the scene. Police say 24-year-old Rachelle Williams of Sylvan Beach was driving north on Route 13 when she drifted into the southbound lane--hitting Starr's vehicle head on.

Two children in Williams' car and another passenger in Starr's car were seriously injured and taken to University Hospital in Syracuse.

The investigation into the accident is ongoing.
