Grand Larceny Charges for House Cleaner Who Stole Jewelry

A local house cleaner is facing charges after being accused of stealing jewelry from her clients in Binghamton and Vestal.
45-year-old Kathleen Decker of Afton has already been charged twice by the Vestal and Binghamton police departments. She's being charged with two counts of grand larceny. As the investigation continues other potential victims have come forward with similar complaints, and more charges are possible.
Anyone who thinks they may have also been a victim is urged to call their local law enforcement.
Pennsylvania State Police Have Frein In Custody
Pennsylvania State Police have confirmed that they have Eric Frein in custody.
Frein is suspected of committing the ambush shooting at the Blooming Grove Barracks which killed one trooper and injured another on September 12th.
