The New Hope Center will have it's third annual Crime Victims' Rights Walk from 1-4pm.
Organizers hope to make people realize the various forms of damage that domestic violence causes:
"We often get caught up in thinking domestic violence is just physical, but there are many components associated with domestic violence, ranging from emotional and sexual to intimidating factors. And there's isolating factors and even using children to try to control one's partner," said Francis J. Bialy, executive director of the New Hope Center.
