New Yorkers are high on the idea of medical marijuana and the governor's job performance.
According to a Siena College poll, 77 percent of New Yorkers either agree with Governor Cuomo's pilot plan to make medical marijuana available in 20 hospitals or agree to legalizing medical marijuana outright. Meanwhile, Cuomo's favorability rating is 66 percent while his unfavorable rating is 28 percent.
