An Endicott man was arrested for violating parole after a routine traffic stop. According to the Broome County Sheriff's office the stop occurred on Route 17C in the village of Endicott.
The driver, 30 year old Eric Gasbarra had a suspended license.
Front seat passenger 36 year old Michael Gumaer had a warrant for Criminal Sale of a Controlled Substance. Gumaer was arrested for Felony parole violation. He was sent to Broome County Jail to await parole proceedings.
Gasbarra was released. He will appear in court at a later date.
